We designed this Auckland developers showhome for a new Chinese developer to the market who wanted something out of the ordinary. With a modern, clean look and layouth that is both practical and inspirational, this stunning home offers a unique and enjoyable experience for every visitor, no matter their age. KiwiDesigNZ was inspired by the city's nautical environment being the city of sails and our team decided to base the design of this exciting project based on those elements.

This 5-Star VIP Residential development consisting of 105 individual 4-6 bedroom luxury villas located in one of premier residential locations within Dubai won Best Architecture, Best Interior Design & Best Landscape Design + more. This 100 year-old German Hi-Tec Industrial blue chip company required a practical and cost affective design to catering for it's growing workforce within Asia.
Our design made sure to provide easy access for handicapped visitors while maintaining a open planned and interactive feel whilst being cognitive of sustainability led metrics. With a limited budget both our Client and ourselves are very proud of the final product.
