Creating homes not houses

With a resort styled theme residential development the intention was to create a space where the owners could escape the days activities.

I-Conic Towers Development (2005)

Located on the main business road in Dubai (Sheikh Zayed Road) this twin tower design was truly specacular.

5 Star Hotel 

Implementation of state of the art infrastructure and bridge design was also a key facet of the overall design noting all elements were designed by Jason Ward.

Modern Interiors

 Molding Architecture, Interiors & landscape together as one resulted in truly something incredible to behold.  So much so very & well known global elite became residents.

Incorporating a commercial and residential tower this development contained mixed use at street & podium levels.
